Selfie Caption Fixing – An Instagram Reality

Instagram_Rainbow_Banner

Well they surely took their cool time with this one. God knows everyone wanted the option to be able to edit your Instagram captions since you uploaded your very first photo. True Selfie addicts know that after taking the perfect bathroom pic, adding several filters and effects, the icing on the cake is the ideal caption complete with that ever so crucial emoji. How many times after you hit the “share” button you thought of a wittier caption, noticed a spelling error or forgot to…

iPhone 5S & 5C: What You Need To Know

iphonerigged

Ok, so the Apple Next Gen conference just finished. And you could visit any one of hundreds of sites to get the details of what was announced. We are just gonna skim over the features that matter to us. To start with, iOS will be out on September 18th (we have to wait even longer, dammit). Most important feature, however, is the redesign of the camera roll. Pictures will be grouped into something called ‘moments’. Sort of like what iPhoto already does. Apple has also…

‘GTA V’ Gameplay

gtavgameplay

We finally get to see gameplay footage of GTAV. Well to start, the voice narrating the video is annoying as f*ck. It sounds like an ad for hair shampoo. Anyhow, the city of San Andreas looks gorgeous and it seems to be a real successor to GTA4. The game alternates between missions, or heists, and open-world exploration. At any time you can jump between the three main characters in the game. GTA V will be released in September, just weeks before the launch of the…

WTF: Channing All Over Your Tatum

channingalloverhertatum

During a special edition of Jimmy Kimmel Live that aired Tuesday night before Game Six of the NBA Finals, Kimmel premiered the music video for a hilarious—sexually suggestive R&B ballad called, “(I Wanna) Channing All Over Your Tatum.” Needless to say, the video has gone viral. It also features a cameo by a scantily clad Miley Cyrus who is looking nice and shapely in a cut-off version of the red “CHANNING” t-shirt. Definitely worth a Friday afternoon laugh. Wait…is that the girl from Precious? WTF!!

Vine – Is it Old News Already?

hashtag-620x330 scorchpic

Looks like our Vine stay was short and sweet. Facebook just announced video for Instagram, similar to Twitter’s Vine app. The major difference is, unlike Vine’s 6 second clips, Instagram is 15 secs and you can use existing video. Also, there are 13 brand new filters to choose from, something Vine does not have. You can also select your own custom preview thumbnail, which is what your followers will see in their Instagram feed. Hashtags work just the same way, but when you click the…

March 2014…WTF Long live King Leonidas, we miss ya, dawg. What an anticlimax. Let us know in the comments if you will be in IMAX come 2014 to see this.

Facebook Gets Hashtags – NOOOOOOOO!!!

facebook-hashtag

In a move that would most certainly annoy the hell out of anyone with an ounce of sense, Facebook has decided to adopt hashtags. For those of you living under a rock, it’s also called pound ‘#’ and it appears frequently and albeit annoyingly on other social media sites. Most annoying of all being Instagram. Facebook wants to make it easier for users to find content already on Facebook, hashtags are the first step. They went on to say that many users already post (abuse)…
