Editor’s Note: Apart from being known as The Original Pumping Machine, we at SCORCH embody the principles of team-work in the work place. A few seminars, staff retreats and team building exercises can achieve what team work can. Sometimes you’re not completely sold on the contributions or potential contributions of your teammates. But the bottom line is, you’ll win if you band together, and you’ll lose if you don’t. At SCORCH we are all winners so banding together is a must.And so it was for Issue 42 … the Vroom Vroom issue. My first issue as Editor was a bumpy ride but oh did I get to work with some sexy rides, girls included. Editors Note

Girls and Bikinis and more girls, oh my! One thing Barbados is not lacking is beautiful women. We were reminded of this blessing when one of our 7+ models came down with dengue at the very last minute. Before we could give her a hug and say, “feel better” another, just as gorgeous, arrived to save the day. These girls coupled with our female fete goers, make for some sexy pages.

Now our 7+ girls are not just beautiful but they are troopers too! Battling rain, wind and ice cold waters for hours on end while our team sought the perfect shots.

It is rainy season, after all, so showers can be expected. But worry not! We bring you a magazine packed full of SCORCHing goodness to get you through the cabin fever.

Editor’s Note: Sweet sweet T&T! Once again SCORCH is dedicating an issue to you. We love up we country and patriotism doesn’t expire, so in celebration of our island’s 51st Independence we decided to celebrate “Every Creed and Race” who make up this great nation, because we know you guys love up your country just as much as we do.

With all the negative press these days, from crime to corruption and everything in-between, we believe the positives of this twin island paradise far outweighs the negative and will always shine through.

SCORCH also loved doing all the research for this issue so please enjoy our journey through T&T’s colourful history as we highlight our rich, diverse culture – in our own special way of course!

This is also our second “Editor-less” Issue but we’re holding up rather well! Our tabanca has passed and we have slowly learned to accept

Editor’s Note: *Cue Sad Violins* This our first Issue without our beloved Soly aka Jenny Rainclouds and we must admit, it was a HUGE hole to fill. After much tears, we sucked it up and decided to do the job of Magazine Editor by committee.

In what could only be described as 2 weeks of “controlled chaos” the whole SCORCH team banded together and got the job done.

From the H.N.I.C. come down, we all did our part. Issue 40 is our 2nd annual “Wettest Issue” so we headed to La Vega Estate and did it WET in the bush!
