So the first week of Project Fat Boy Slim has passed and to tell you the truth it’s not what I expected. I didn’t use weights at all this week, but for some reason I feel like I’ve been hit by a big truck and then both me and the truck flew over a cliff … into a volcano. Don’t talk about the morning after, you feel even worse. All that being said it’s the first week and I expected the pain, so things should only get better in time.
Eating healthy is a task but it’s made easier by Wrap Works Deli, a chicken salad after each session really hit the spot. The key for me is to stick with the healthy eating. If I happen to cheat though, I need to “cheat the cheats” (for example if you do eat fries don’t make soup with the garlic and bbq sauces). My advice to others in my positions is you need to try your best to eat healthy, because a bad diet will negate all the hard work you’re doing.
