The focus of this week’s consultation was defiantly on HOME COOKING! I am stressing the importance of preparing and cooking meals at home vs buying food everyday. Not only are the benefits good for the body…its also great for ya wallet too!!! Eating well consistently takes persistence, discipline and pre planning. I told Chris we have to take it one meal at a time…and this means focusing on Breakfast first. He has to prepare his breakfast the night before so he’s not hustling out the house and settling for a sada & something or worst doubles!
