The focus of this week’s consultation was defiantly on HOME COOKING! I am stressing the importance of preparing and cooking meals at home vs buying food everyday. Words of motivation from friends and well wishers keep pouring in. This keeps me focused on my main objective. I met with Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist Jordanna Hadeed this week, I was educated about do’s and dont’s of eating healthy and the importance of having a proper diet.
